About Roger Wenthe

Roger Wenthe has been a trial lawyer for 40+ years. He graduated in 1979 from the Northwestern University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Northwestern Law Review. He joined McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago, Illinois, where he was a partner, appearing in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest for large commercial clients. 

Mr. Wenthe then spent six years at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit as a Circuit Mediator, resolving over 2,000 civil cases of all kinds. For the next 17 years, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Nevada, acting as the office's Health Care Fraud Coordinator and Deputy Civil Chief.

Mr. Wenthe is currently licensed in the State of Nevada as a sole practitioner representing clients in a variety of types of civil litigation.
